We have a total of seven homes providing services for both male and female clients. Experience is NOT needed as all training is paid and provided. DHS (dept. of human services) mandates that all employees pass a criminal background check.

Paid training and shadowing.

$1,000 sign on bonuses after working for us for 90 days.

We provide all paid training hours to ensure you meet DHS standards.

We offer a variety of shifts such as part-time, full-time day, weekends, create your own, our 31.5, on call, and full-time overnights.

We have continuous growth internally with our lead and supervisor positions.

Recognition and cash incentives are given for employees of the quarter and employee of the year, among other incentives for picking up shifts.

Employees will NEVER need to use their personal vehicles to transport clients

Small family business gives our company a more supportive feel keeping all staff in the loop.

All Employees will receive a $100 bonus on their anniversary dates along with a performance based raise.
