Choosing a home can be difficult. Our homes are carefully selected and set up to safely house individuals with all types of needs. All of our homes are licensed for Adult Foster Care, and are contracted for both TBI and CADI services. Pictured below are our current homes.
This is our first location established in 2006. It is a very nice house conveniently situated in the middle of the Chester Park neighborhood. Its location is within one block of the famous hiking trails of Chester Park and is also within a block and a half of a main Duluth bus line.
The Observation House is a comfortable house in a great neighborhood with a view of Lake Superior. This wheelchair accessible house is located on a double corner lot in the Observation Hill area and boasts a welcoming atmosphere.
The Heights House is a remodeled four-bedroom house with partial wheelchair accessibility. It is nestled in the Piedmont Heights area of Duluth. It provides a relaxing atmosphere, yet has plenty of activity opportunities.
Our Endion Home is a four-bedroom house situated in the Endion neighborhood of Duluth with the bus line just out the front door. This home provides a positive environment for people to live and learn how to get back to being independent in the community.
The Robin House is located in the quiet neighborhood of the Duluth Heights area. It is a four bedroom home centrally located in Duluth. There is a large backyard which is great for outdoor activities including campfires, grilling, yard games, and meditation.
Our Greysolon House is located in Duluth's Congdon neighborhood. This four-bedroom house is located on a corner lot and has been recently updated. While located in a quiet neighborhood it is within easy walking distance of a main bus line.
Located in a quiet neighborhood near Snively Road, Kenilworth is our newest house. The Kenilworth house has four bedrooms and is on a corner lot with ample indoor and outdoor space. The bus line runs close to the house and the nearest bus stop is a short walk away.
